The Buffer MZA in the kit has been well developed and improved, which has lysis capability and extraction sensitivity that are not available in common lysis solutions. The adsorption column in the kit adopts special silica matrix membrane filler, which greatly enhances its adsorption capability to RNA, especially small RNA(<200 nt). The extracted miRNA has better purity and higher quality, and is suitable for routine experiments such as downstream fluorescence quantification.
