Description
This product is plasmid pBR322 DNA digested completely
by Msp I, which consists DNA fragments of 622, 527,404, 309, 242, 238, 217, 201, 190, 180, 160, 147, 123,
110, 90, 76, 67, 34, 26 bp. It is applied as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis or
polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
This product is ready to use, which contains 1× Loading Buffer already.

Buffer Contents
10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6)
10 mM EDTA
0.04% Bromophenol Blue
5% Glycerol

Protocol

1. Directly take 5 μl pBR322 DNA/Msp Ifor Electrophoresis
   (load 0.1 μg per 1 mm gel lane. Load 0.5 μg in gel
   lane smaller than 6 mm. The loading volume can be
   increased appropriately for wide lanes).
2. Electrophoresis condition: 2.5~3.0% agarose gel, 4~10
   v/cm voltage; or 5.0~8.0% polyacrylamide gel, 10 v/cm voltage.
3. DNA marker can be visualized using ethidium bromide under UV light.

Recommendations

1. Directly use, do not heat before loading.
2. Please use new agarose gel and replace electrophoresis
   buffer in time, so as not to affect the electrophoresis results.
