Storage
The dry powder can be stored at -20°C for 6 months. For long-term storage, please store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Description
This product is a chemically synthesized short-segment single-stranded RNA, suitable for comparison of miRNA content in liquid phase samples with unstable internal reference expression such as serum and plasma. When extracting RNA, the product is added after the sample lysis, and the relative fluorescence quantitative detection of the target miRNA is carried out by matching the miRNA external reference upstream detection primers (CD200-01).

Features
■ Specificity: No homologous fragment in human, mouse and rat are detected, ensuring no interference for quantification.
■ Sensitivity: There is no restriction on RNA extraction methods, and only 1 pmol is needed for efficient quantification and comparison.
■ Stability: The external control ensures the quality can be controlled, and errors caused by unstable expression of internal reference can be eliminated.

Important Notes
This product is only used for detection of liquid samples such as serum/plasma/body fluid. It is suggested to use internal reference for experiments on samples such as cells and tissues.
