Description
The DNA/RNA Isolation Kit allows rapid and simultaneous extraction of DNA and total RNA from cultured animal cells or tissues, and large numbers of different samples can be processed simultaneously. The reaction can be completed within 40-50 minutes. The extracted DNA and total RNA are of high purity, and can be used in various molecular biology downstream experiments such as PCR and RT-PCR, etc.

β-mercaptoethanol, ethanol
